Roughly 5 miles southeast of Harkers Island on
Cape Lookout, the most southeastern island in the
the chain of islands comprising the Outer Banks.
From US 70 northeast of Beauford, turn south
onto the Harkers Island Rd.(SR 1335) follow it
about 7 miles to the end. From the visitor center
the light is visible, 3.6 miles out.
