At the end of a pier in the Milwaukee Harbor, marking the river entrance. Take I-794 east to Lincoln Memorial Dr. north to Michigan St. turn right then right onto Harbor Dr. Go to Polk St. right on Polk to Erie, left 1/4 mile to foot of south pier.
