Across Fifteen Mile Creek in George L. Smith State Park southeast of Twin City. US80 east 0.4 miles from jct with GA23 (Railroad Av.), south on Parrish Pond Rd. 2.8 miles, E. on George L. Smith State Park Rd. 0.3 miles to the park entrance and ahead 0.2 miles to the bridge.
