From I-83, take US 30 east for .1 mile, turn left on Taronita St.  Drive past the refuse plant and turn right on Flour Mill Rd.  Drive to the mill.   Stream - Codorus Creek.

The mill was built in 1831-32 by George Small.  It is still in operation in 2007.
