Built - 1818 by Philip Von Neida, 60X70, 3.5, stone mill -date stone.

AKA - Rock Hill Mill

The first mill at this site was built c1764 by Peter Sharp. In the late 1800s Andrew Emment purchased the mill and called it Rock Hill Mill. Clarance Martin was the last miller in 1926. In 2004 it is vacant and in need of repairs. Condition - Poor
