Built - 1855 by Martin & Elizabeth Grube,
40X80, 4.5, stone/frame mill.

AKA - Snavley Mill

The first mill on this site was a log mill by
John Youndt in 1792. Some records show the mill on
the north side of the creek and others show it on
the south side. The mill was used for storage in
1969, but converted to this dwelling by 1995.
Condition - Very good
