Built - c1787 by Jacob Erb, 36X48, 3.5, stone/frame mill.

About 1750 Peter Wiland built a frame grist mill. When Erb bought the mill he replaced it with a stone mill. In 1871 Michael Eberly enlarged the mill to 3.5 stories. The mill closed in 1938. In 2004 the mill is being used for an office building. Condition - Very good.
