Built - c1818 by John & Benjamin Mellinger, 40X60, 3.5, stone mill - date stone.

AKA - Herr's Mill

There were two fires at this mill, one in 1895 and another in 1902. In rebuilding it was reduced to 2.5 stories. In 1969 it was a second hand shop and was converted in the 1980s to a home. Concition - Very good.
