AKA - East Petersburg Mill

Built - 1800 by Jacob & Magdelana Kauffman, 40X60, 3.5, stone mill - date stone.

In 1864 it is known as Mrs. Ann Kauffman's grist mill. Paul Flory bought the mill shortly after 1900. In 1969 the mill was still operated by Paul. The mill was closed in the 1980s and in 1994 contained offices and shops. Condition - Very good. (Notes by Bob Kinsey)
