Built - c1904 by Lewis Good, 40X60, 2.5 frame mill.

Records show there were at least 3 mills on this site. The first was a saw mill built c1800 by Abraham Bixler. George Martin built a grist mill c1850 of stone/frame. In 2005 the mill is still in operation. Condition - Good
