Built - c1895 by Joseph amber, 66X42, 2.5, frame mill.

AKA - Brown's Mill

Joshua Brown built a frame mill on this site about 1760. His son Jeremia rebuilt & enlarged the mill in 1770 of stone. This mill burned in 1895 and J. Amber built the present frame mill. In 1996 attempts were being made to preserve the mill. It doesn't look like things have changed much in 2004. Condition - Fair
