c1864 by George Burkholder, 30X50, 2.5,
stone/frame mill.
|

|
In 1817 Jacob Kurtz built a fulling/carding
mill. C1850 George Lutz converted it to a boring
mill. In 1864 Burkholder replaced it with a
stone/frame grist mill. It was converted to a
summer home in 1941. It remains a home today.
