Built - c1815 by Jacob Kirk, 40X60, 2.5, brick mill.

Timothy Kirk owned a business near this site. Business failing, he sold it and land to his brother Jacob, who then built the present mill. In 1815 Jacob had a grist, saw, and clover mill. In the mid 1800s, two mills were sold at this location. In 1899, one mill was sold. The mill closed in 1927. In 2004 it is a dwelling. Condition - Very good.
