At 1048 Roseville Road on the Little Conestoga Creek. Across from Park City Mall, on the south side. Cross the road to West Roseville Rd. (this road is hard to find ). The mill is back the road on the left side against US 30 embankment.

AKA - Pike Grist Mill

Built - 1813 by J & C Kauffman, 40X60, 3.5, stone mill - date stone.

The last operators of the mill were Abram & Michael Landis. It was used as a chicken house in 1969 and for storage in 1994 and 2004. Condition - Good
