Built in 1793 (by Daniel & Elizabeth Good.)
- rebuilt in 1862. Five stories with 30 inch stone
walls.

The first mill on this sight was built before
1765. In 1815 in addition to the grist mill there
was a stone oil mill and a saw mill. The mill dam
was destroyed by heavy rains in 1996. Presently the
mill is part of a camp ground and used during
Halloween as a haunted house. Condition - Very
good.
