Built c1868 by Joseph Oberholtzer, 40X60, 4.5, stone/frame mill - date stone.

This mill is built on the site of Spring Grove Forge. It was in operation in the early 1990s as the Horst Brothers Mill, and in good condition. As you can see it's condition is not so good in 2004. Condition - Fair
