Built - pre. 1769.

There is some question as to whether this is the original mill or one that was built c1850 after which Samuel Gung rebuilt the mill. The mill ceased operation in 1924. In 2004 it serves as a dwelling and garage. Condition - Very good. This is the second mill in Lancaster Co. called Union.
