On Pa. 999, 2-3miles west of Millersville where the road crosses the creek. The mill is on the north side of the road. By the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek.

Built - c1810 by Jacob Kauffman, 40X60, 3.5, stone mill.

AKA - J. Landis Grist Mill

In recent years the mill was used as a chicken house and lately for storage. This outstanding complex of early 19th Century limestone buildings includes: the mill, tavern, millers house, Pennsylvania barn, mansion house, and frame tobacco barn. This is one of the best examples of an early american mill complex in Lancaster Co. Condition - Excellent
