GPS is on Skyline Dr. mid way between
the Pagoda and the Stone Fire Tower.
Notes:
The winding, climbing road up Mt Penn varies in
width from 35 to 60 feet and ranges in grade from 3
to 10 percent. The stone wall lining the road was
added during the 1930 WPA projects era.
